09307 PRODUCT RECALL

Due to a potential safety hazard, we are recalling all units of this heater:

• 09307 - SIP FIREBALL ID78 23kW Infrared Diesel Heater

There is a high risk of failure of the infrared radiation plate at the front of the heater, which may result in the exposure of a naked flame. We suspect that this may occur due to an over-fuelling of the combustion chamber, resulting in higher operating temperatures than the product was designed for.
